Welcome to Goodpic.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Goodpic.ai (“we”, “us”) provides AI-assisted photo generation tools. You upload a photo, pick a preset, and we return one or more generated images.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including purchases.
• Don’t share your password. Notify us at once of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of any person without their explicit consent (including children).
• Generate images intended to deceive, defame, harass, or impersonate.
• Generate sexually explicit content of real people, or any content involving minors.
• Generate content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Generated content may be removed at our discretion.

4. Credits and purchases

• Bonus credits (signup, referral) expire on the date shown in your dashboard.
• Paid credits (purchased packs) do not expire.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the service.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Ownership of generated images

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the images Goodpic.ai generates from your inputs and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. We retain the right to use generated images in aggregated, anonymised form to improve the service.

6. AI limitations

Generated images may contain artefacts, inaccuracies, or unexpected content. We make no warranty that any specific output will meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before any external use.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Unused paid credits will be refunded pro-rata in the event we terminate without cause.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
