We offer a 14-day money-back guaranteeon credit packs. Here’s how it works.
What’s eligible
- Any credit pack purchase, within 14 days of payment.
- You must have unused credits remaining equal to the amount you want refunded. Used credits are non-refundable — generation costs us money on each call.
What’s NOT eligible
- Free signup credits or referral bonus credits — they were never paid for.
- Subscriptions (we don’t offer subscriptions).
- Refund requests after 14 days from purchase.
How to request
Reach us at /contact with:
- The email on your Goodpic.ai account.
- The order ID (find it on your dashboard).
- A short reason (helps us improve).
We process refunds within 3 business days. The refund returns to the original payment method — bank settlement may take an additional 3–10 days depending on your card issuer.
Service issues
If the service is unable to process your generation due to a system fault on our side, we automatically refund the credits to your account — no action needed from you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues faster and a chargeback may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
